If you would like to apply for affiliation, your site must be anime related. It must be your site. No hentai. It must be frequently updated. It must be well organized. And lastly it must have good content, not just garbage slapped together on one page. If it's an anime or character shrine from Yuu Watase's work, you'll have a greater chance.
